Registration Process - We Register the Client

When completing a registration for a client where you register the client, use this checklist to identify the required documents and processes to complete the registration in the CRM. You can only register the client in courses that have a registration process. For courses with no registration process, see “No Registration Process” checklist.

Consent Form

  • Use SignNow consent "OPTION 1 - Consent to Register".

  • If you are registering a company’s employees or volunteers or a referral partner’s clients, use SignNow consent "Consent to Register - Company" or “Consent to Register – Referral Partner”.

Confirmation

  • Once you have registered the client in the courses listed on the consent, send a confirmation email to the client using one of the email templates below. The email must include a list of the courses they are registered in, along with the provider (institution) and program name, if applicable. There's  no need for the client to confirm they started the course to add the registration.

  • Once you have registered the employees, volunteers or clients in the courses listed on the consent, send a confirmation email to the company contact using one of the email templates below. The email must include a list of the courses each individual is registered in, along with the provider (institution) and program name, if applicable. There's  no need for the company contact to confirm the individuals started the courses to add the registration.

  • Select "CN Staff Registered Client via Consent"

Registration Check

Ensure the following has been completed:

  • If consent is received through SignNow, attach the email with the consent form to the client's Timeline by adding the client’s name in the “Regarding” field of the email received from SignNow
  • Document the consent in the "Consent Form" tab of the client's profile. Attach either the SignNow consent form or the paper consent form to this section.
  • Send the client a confirmation email (see above).
  • Enter the date and time the email was sent to the client.

Ensure the following has been completed:

  • If consent is received through SignNow, attach the email with the consent form to the Company contact’s Timeline by adding the company contact’s name in the “Regarding” field of the email received from SignNow
  • Document the consent in the "Consent Form" tab of the Company profile. Attach either the SignNow consent form or the paper consent form to this section.
  • Send the company contact a confirmation email (see above).
  • Look up the company contact in the “Contact” field and enter the date and time the email was sent to the company contact.
